Having worked for a prestigious events company for the past 4 years, Tessa has gained valuable experience in organising spectacular events for high profile private and corporate clients. Prior to joining this successful company, she qualified as a chef at the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland and after that, catered for a large number of cocktail and private dinner parties, which she would like to continue to do on a permanent and professional basis.
