From an early age I have had a passion for food. I have been lucky enough to have travelled to many countries and gained invaluable experience from cooking on super yachts to teaching in Africa, giving me an insight into different cultures, values and foods.
I am a qualified chef with certificates from the Leith's School of Food and Wine as well as from the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland.
As well as catering, I love to organise! Private Parties, Christenings, Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Events...anything! Having learnt from a prestigious events company in London where I worked for 6 years, I set up on my own in 2010 and have been organising all sorts of fun events, big and small.
Irrespective of the location, the brief, the budget or number of guests, every event is as important as the next, each giving a personal service, attention to detail and creative flair.
